Iced tea is not only a delicious and refreshing substitute for sugary juices and soda, it is also simple to make and quite in-expensive. But since this is a cleaning blog and not a blog about healthy living, we wanted to also bring up those unattractive brown stains, which tea can leave on your plastic and glass dishes.
Today, we will share some quick and simple ideas on how to get rid of those stains and make your plastic and glass ware look as good as new.

1. We always promote that you should let your cleaning product do the heavy lifting. In this case, this is true as well. You can simply fill your stained dish with hot water and add about 2 table spoons of dishwasher detergent. Now, let it sit and soak while you take a break and sip some iced tea. After 15 to 20 minutes, your stains should come right off- with a little bit of scrubbing.

To keep your pitcher clean and stain free, we recommend that each time you emptied your pitcher, you sprinkle a bit of baking soda on your wet sponge and wipe it out. This will take care of the build up that you may get otherwise.

Happy tea sipping!
