Cleaning  tile floors is easy, right? Well, there are some things to keep in mind if you want to do it right!

Start by sweeping or vacuuming your tile floors thoroughly. This should always be the very first step. Don’t forget to clean the corners and under your furniture. Dust-bunnies, hair or crumbs can turn into a sticky mess if you mop over them. Use a wet cloth to soak up any sticky spills.

For small messes on your grout, you can use a pencil eraser to clean the grout. A mixture of baking soda and water can be used to effectively clean your group with a tooth brush. Don’t forget to do this before you mop…

Always remember to use only a small amount of cleaning product in your mop water and to change the water often. Residual soap can attract dirt or leave the floor sticky and streaky.

For some extra cleaning power, The European Clean Team recommends a little vinegar. It’s cost effective, pet friendly and works like a charm.
