The European Clean Team recently took on a large vacation rental cleaning in Sarasota with a team of awesome cleaners, some of which were still new to the team. Everything worked out perfectly and we were not only able to deliver a great cleaning, we also got the job done in less time than expected.
Have you ever asked yourself what the secret to a good cleaning service is? Here are a few rules that every experienced cleaner keeps in mind.

1. Work top to bottom. Start by high- and low-dusting; move on to cleaning all flat surfaces and finally take care of your floors.
2. Work left to right or right to left. This will help you not waste time and energy by running back and forth in your room.
3. Have your tools by your side. If you have a cleaning caddy or apron with your supplies close by, you can focus on cleaning, not on finding your tools.
3. As a team, divide and conquer. Start on opposite sides on the house and work towards the exit of the house. This way everything has an assigned area of responsibility.
4. Be sure to have the right tools for the job. Find Cleaning supplies that will work well for your needs and put them to work.
5. Let the cleaning supplies do their job. You can save yourself a fair amount of elbow grease if you let your cleaning products sit for a few minutes before you wipe them off. There are plenty of other chores you can get done while you wait, and once you are ready to clean your surface, the product will have already done most of the work for you. But don’t forget to read and follow the instructions on your cleaning product 😉
