- Remove cob webs from room corners, hallway corners, light fixtures, windows and anywhere else they may hide
- Spot clean light switches and doors
- Gather all waste, replace plastic liners, and dispose of trash
- Janitorial room to be kept clean at all times
- Verify that all office doors and windows are closed, locked and all appropriate lights are turned off
- Set security alarm before leaving premises

The European Clean Team is excited to provide first class, residential and commercial, move-in, move-out, monthly foreclosure and vacation rental cleaning services in the Sarasota / Bradenton Area. We do not only pay attention to detail, we will make it our mission to see our customers fully satisfied with our services,every time we clean.
For us it’s clear! Our business is entirely about you and about helping you make more time to enjoy the fun things in life, but we do have a little something to tell about ourselves.We are two women from Germany who got stranded in beautiful Lakewood Ranch. We ran into each other at a local preschool while dropping off the little ones for the day. This run-in developed into a great friendship over the years and made it possible for our idea,
“The European Clean Team” to become reality.
With college degrees and combined experience in hospitality, business, project management, child care, recruiting and health services administration, we felt more than confident in our ability to start this new and exciting chapter in our lives. The idea of a simply great cleaning service that will always make the customer’s satisfaction a priority.
